ROAM announce debut album // Announced for Kerrang! Tour

Eastbourne pop punks ROAM will be joining Sum 41 on the Kerrang! Tour 2016 in February, along with Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes and more guests to be announced.

ROAM guitarist / vocalist Alex Adam enthuses “I don’t think I’ll ever be as excited to announce a tour as I am to announce that we’ll be joining Sum 41 in the UK in February on the Kerrang! Tour. All Killer No Filler was the first album both myself and Costello (the band’s vocalist and other Alex) ever bought and it was definitely the album that made me pick up a guitar so to be supporting them with almost the original line up on their first UK tour is ages is insane. I never got to see them live so even watching them every night is gonna be amazing.” The tour will be kicking off in Dublin on 10th February and it culminates at The Forum in London on 19th February. Four dates are already sold out.

ROAM will precede the tour with the release their debut album ‘Backbone’ via Hopeless Records on 22nd January, 2016. The first single to be unveiled from the record is the rabble-rousing ‘Deadweight’ for which the band have released an epic music video, which is now in rotation at Kerrang! TV and on Scuzz. The clip chronicles the band taking action against a negative comment on one of their YouTube videos, combat style. Matt Wilson of Set Your Goals provides guest vocals for the track and also plays a cameo role in the video.

ROAM are currently inciting crowdsurfing frenzies on a co-headline tour of the USA, along with Handguns, having recently toured with State Champs in the UK, as well as playing festivals such as Vans Warped Tour, Slam Dunk and Download this year.
